Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SimpleInboxes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including individual users and agencies managing client workspaces.

2. Description of Service

SimpleInboxes provides cold email infrastructure services, including the provisioning of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace inboxes, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX), inbox management tools, API access, and integration with third-party sending platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is based on the number of inboxes on your account. Volume tiers apply automatically as you add inboxes.
  • Payment is prepaid via your wallet balance. Your wallet is charged monthly for active inboxes on each domain's renewal date.
  • All charges are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds, credits, or proration for partial billing periods. By topping up your wallet or enabling auto-recharge, you acknowledge that all funds added are non-refundable.
  • Renewal billing is processed approximately 5 days before each domain's renewal date. If your wallet has insufficient funds at that time and auto-recharge fails, your inboxes may be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing inboxes will not be affected by price increases for the current billing cycle.
  • There are no minimum order requirements or long-term commitments.

5. Inbox Delivery

We commit to a 24-hour turnaround time for inbox delivery on average. Most orders are delivered within a few hours. In cases where a domain is held by another provider's admin panel or requires additional verification, delivery may take longer. You will be notified of any delays via your Slack channel.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice.

7. DNS and Domain Management

When you use our service, we configure DNS records on your behalf. You authorize us to manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records for domains connected to our platform. You retain full ownership of your domains at all times.

8. API Usage

API access is included with all plans. You agree to use the API in accordance with our documentation and rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or revoke API access in cases of abuse or excessive usage that impacts platform stability.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You may cancel domains at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations are processed at the domain level — you cannot cancel individual inboxes within a domain.
  • When you cancel a domain, it is placed in a "Queued for Cancellation" state. The domain and its inboxes remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point they are deprovisioned.
  • Billing occurs approximately 5 days before your renewal date. If you intend to cancel, you must do so before your wallet is charged for the next cycle. Once a renewal charge has been processed, it cannot be reversed.
  • No refunds. All charges are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused time remaining in a billing period, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service.
  • No proration. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a partial refund or credit for the remaining days in the billing period. Your inboxes remain active until the period ends.
  • You may revert a queued cancellation at any time before the billing period ends, restoring the domain to active status at no additional charge.
  • Canceled domains can be reactivated after deprovisioning, subject to availability and a new billing cycle starting from the reactivation date.
  • We recommend exporting any data you need before the end of your billing period. Once deprovisioned, inbox data cannot be recovered.

10. Limitation of Liability

SimpleInboxes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
